am I SAD?

Sometimes there’s nothing better than a big, frothalicious green smoothie for breakfast.

This one contained:

1 cup almond milk
2 cups spinach
1/2 banana
1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
3 ice cubes

Refreshment 101.

I also munched on a frozen piece of Peanut Butter Protein Fudge.

FYI – the fudge froze really well. I think I may even prefer it that way!

SO. The plan was to wake up this morning and get an early workout in. But after a huge feast, not getting to bed until after midnight, and having to work this morning…that just wasn’t going to happen. But last night’s meal was entirely worth it! And exercise can always wait, right?
