Sometimes there’s nothing better than a big, frothalicious green smoothie for breakfast.
This one contained:
1 cup almond milk
2 cups spinach
1/2 banana
1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
3 ice cubes
Refreshment 101.
I also munched on a frozen piece of Peanut Butter Protein Fudge.
FYI – the fudge froze really well. I think I may even prefer it that way!
